Sparkle and Splash is a luxury children’s spa experience designed to make every child feel special.
We provide fun, pampering sessions in a safe, creative and inclusive environment — celebrating confidence, kindness and self-care for kids.

The Role
As a Children’s Spa Assistant, you’ll help create magical spa experiences for our young guests.
Your duties will include:
- Setting up and assisting with spa treatments (e.g., mini manicures, foot spas, face masks, glitter tattoos, and hair styling).
- Welcoming children and parents with warmth and professionalism.
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Supporting the team with tidy-up, organisation and client preparation.
- Representing Sparkle and Splash’s fun, inclusive and respectful values.
Full training will be provided — no previous spa experience is required, just enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
Requirements
- Valid UK Drivers License and access to own transport for travel to events or mobile bookings
- Enjoy working with children and creating positive experiences.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
- Organisation skills is a must.
- Friendly and confident communicator.
- Willing to work weekends and school holidays.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- This role involves working with children — a DBS check will be required before starting.
Desirable
- Experience working with children (e.g. schools, nurseries, or parties)
- Experience in a customer service, hospitality, or beauty role
- Creative flair or an interest in hair, nails, or beauty activities
What We Offer
- Hourly pay between £10.85 to £12.71 (depending on age).
- Mileage reimbursement at £0.25 per mile when travelling outside Shropshire and West Midlands.
