Skilled Labourer Required – Warsash Area
Location: Warsash and surrounding areas

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our growing team based in the Warsash area.
The successful candidate will be working across various sites, assisting with a range of construction and maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Duties Include:
- General labouring and site support
- Assisting tradesmen on site
- Basic construction and maintenance tasks
- Loading and unloading materials
- Site tidying and ensuring a safe working environment
- Travelling between various job locations as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or a skilled labouring role
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work using own initiative
- Reliable and punctual
Desirable:
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of general building works
