This role entails working in our Lampeter or Aberaeron shops for 4 days a week: Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. The successful candidate to work extra shifts to cover staff holidays when required.
The role entails working as part of a positive, lively and supportive retail team. We pride ourselves in maintaining high standards of service and customer care, whilst providing an amazing range of products, such as our sourdough loaves and pastries, organic fruit & vegetables and grocery items.
We welcome applications from individuals with experience in retail, although this is not an essential requirement for this role. Training is provided on shift, as you learn how to serve customers, undertake day-to-day tasks, such as cleaning and restocking produce.
The successful candidate would have to be an enthusiastic, energetic & positive individual, possessing the wide range of skills required, to fulfil this role.
