We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dual Children’s Registered Manager / National Provider to lead and oversee our children’s services operations at a national level. The ideal candidate will possess extensive management experience within social care settings, particularly working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This pivotal role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, developing innovative programs, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional leadership, program development expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care for children and young people.
Duties
- Lead the strategic planning and operational management of children’s residential services across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative care programs tailored to meet the needs of children with developmental disabilities.
Salary up to £75,000 per annum - plus bonus up to £6,000 for Ofsted ratings and capacity per home £54000 during registration and upto £75,000 when overseeing 2 homes.

- Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care/Or equivalent (Essential)
