Business Development Executive – Security Services
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client base and secure new contracts across our security services division.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for event security, manned guarding, construction site security, retail security, and corporate security services.
- Build and maintain relationships with event organisers, venues, facilities management companies, local authorities, and commercial clients.
- Identify and pursue tender opportunities and prepare proposals for prospective clients.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Attend networking events, industry exhibitions, and client meetings to promote our services.
Essential Requirements
- Previous business development or sales experience within the UK security industry.
- Proven ability to win new business and secure security contracts.
- Strong network of contacts within the security and events sectors.
- Experience in securing event security contracts, security guarding contracts, or related services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Experience working with festivals, concerts, sporting events, corporate events, construction sites, retail premises, and commercial properties is highly desirable.
Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
