Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

The Role
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with product enquiries, orders, deliveries, and aftersales support across phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with product information and order support
- Resolve delivery issues and aftersales queries efficiently
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately
- Work closely with warehouse and ecommerce teams to ensure excellent service
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good computer literacy and confidence using online systems
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask
- Previous ecommerce or customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience with Zendesk is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
