We are pleased to announce a job vacancy for the position of Wellbeing Co-ordinator/ Community Link Co-ordinator in our company. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and enhancing their quality of life and overall well-being.
As a Wellbeing Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting individuals in accessing services and planning activities that are important to them in their local community. You will work as part of a team, contributing innovative ideas and opportunities to enhance the individuals' experience, while fostering a strong safeguarding culture of openness and honesty.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think creatively.
UK Driving License (preferred)
Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).
Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but not essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £13.58 to £13.89 per hour, as well as a bespoke learning and development program to encourage career progression within our organization and social care profession. This is a full-time, permanent position, with day shift, overtime, and weekend availability.
