We are seeking an enthusiastic & professional Key Holder to join the team at our brand new bar in Ipswich Town Centre! The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn. This is an essential role in ensuring our guests receive an exceptional experience while maintaining high standards.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring cleanliness & organisation of the bar.
- Opening & Closing the venue
- Locking up
- Cash Handling
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional service.
- Taking accurate orders using our POS system.
- Prepare and serve a variety of high end drinks/cocktails.
- Adhering to all health, safety and licensing standards.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a high end hospitality setting is desirable.
- Cash handling.
- Communication skills.
- Customer service experience is desirable.
- Interest in wine & cocktails is advantageous!
- Well-organised & a strong team player.
- Previous team leading experience
