East Specialist Inclusive Learning Centre (SILC) is a large, complex 2-19 generic special school with 470 learners on roll.
We operate across multiple sites and deliver a wide range of specialist services across the city, including partnerships with mainstream schools, the city-wide Physical Difficulties and Medical Service, and the Medical Needs Teaching Service for Leeds.
East SILC is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented People Administrator to support our People Team and wider organisation.
This is a key administrative role focused on ensuring the smooth, accurate and timely delivery of HR processes, staffing administration and compliance activity, alongside general administrative support across the organisation.

Working within our People team, you will play an important part in maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism.

- Is highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Can work accurately within clear procedures and systems
- Understands the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Communicates clearly and professionally with staff and external contacts
- Can manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
