Creative Teachers are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and outstanding Business Teacher to join our successful and supportive department from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to teach Business Studies across Key Stage 3, 4 and Key Stage 5.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent classroom practice, strong subject knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning that inspires students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Business Studies lessons
- Teach GCSE Business and A-Level Business
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Monitor, track and evaluate student progress and attainment
- Use effective assessment for learning strategies
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning needs and abilities
- Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and achievement
- Support students’ academic progress and personal development
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement
- Participate in extra-curricular activities and wider school life
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive team
- Maintain excellent standards of safeguarding and student wellbeing
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- A degree in Business, Economics or a related subject
- Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level
- Strong knowledge of the GCSE and A-Level curriculum
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
- The ability to motivate, challenge and inspire students
- A commitment to raising achievement and continuous improvement
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for education and student success
- Commitment to professional development and reflective practice
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
