Sales Executive (no cold calling!)
Harlow – near the train station
Up to £27k basic + 20% bonus
A small Insurance Brokers are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual who wants to join a great team. The inbound leads are very busy and they now need a good closer who can help assist with the renewals.
You will ideally come from a background where you have been working towards targets and can close sales deals.
You will be contacting customers who have their insurance up for renewal to try and get them to stay with them again as well as contact customers who have gone online for a quote.
We are looking for someone who wants a career and not just a stop gap.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Occasional Saturdays (once you have passed probation but the time will be given back during the week)
The Role
· Follow up leads provided by online quotes for motor insurance and convert the sale
· Identify new leads and overcome customer objections using open ended questions
· Deal with any objections from the customer
· Work towards targets and KPIs
· Fill in an online form and take all the customers details to get an accurate quote
· Follow up calls to the customer
· Deal with existing customers when their insurance is due for renewal
· Deal with general inbound calls
· Work with their internal CRM and update customer details

· You will be confident and able to manage heavy work-loads
· You will have the desire to work closely with your team and ensure company success
· Strong team player
· Polite telephone manor
· Maintain good relationships with customers
· Follow compliance guidelines
· Able to achieve targets
