Vision for Education are currently recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join the SEN Hub of a welcoming primary school in the Wolverhampton area. This full-time role will begin in September 2026 and is an excellent opportunity to support pupils with additional needs in a specialist setting within a mainstream school.
The Role:
This full-time SEN Teaching Assistant role will involve supporting pupils within the school's SEN Hub from September 2026. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support, promote engagement and help pupils achieve their individual learning and developmental targets.

Requirements:
To be considered for the SEN Teaching Assistant position, you will:
- Have previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Be passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning
- Have experience working within a school, care, youth work or similar setting
- Be patient, resilient and adaptable in your approach to supporting pupils
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Have or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service
- Be able to provide relevant references covering your recent employment history
