Shift Patterns
We understand that our colleagues like to have a good work/life balance, so we try to be as flexible as possible with our shift patterns. Our team currently deliver support between the hours from 0900-2100 hours, 7 days a week. Weekends and public holidays would be worked on a rotational basis.
There may be times where an evening shift ends a little later depending on activities the people we support have planned, but you would always have advanced notice.
