Step Into Teaching are currently working with an amazing college in Barnet, who are looking for enthusiastic graduates to work in their college as PSHE Tutors.
This is a really great position for graduates who are interested in teaching in the future, with opportunities for progression within the college. The position will start in September 2026 and you will work for the full academic year.
The ideal graduate will:
- Predicted/Hold a degree (2:2 or above)
- Be supportive, dynamic, and approachable.
- Be resilient and motivated to support and inspire students to reach their full potential and strive to achieve excellence.
- Hold experience working with young people.
- Able to reliably commute to Barnet.
- Have a creative and reflective mindset within the classroom.
- Ability to confidently deliver well-structured support sessions to a class.
