About the Role
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life at home. Your duties may include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting with meal preparation and medication administration.
- Assisting with household tasks and errands.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Recording care plans and maintaining accurate documentation.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual who is:
- Experienced in domiciliary or home care.
- A resident of Hertfordshire or able to travel within the area.
- Caring and compassionate, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Organized and dependable, with excellent time management skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Flexible, with the ability to work various shifts, including weekends.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of care experience in a similar role.
- A valid UK driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
- Must have valid right to work in the UK (NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE)
