Salon Manager – Daniel Craig Hair | Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience | Full Time
We're looking for an exceptional Salon Manager to join Daniel Craig Hair at an exciting time. We're relocating to a stunning luxury premises in Wheathampstead and need the right person to lead it into its next chapter.
The role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the salon, leading the team, and making sure every client leaves with the best experience possible. You'll work closely with the owner with real autonomy to make the salon thrive.
Key responsibilities include managing and motivating the team, overseeing payroll, hitting KPIs, training junior staff and apprentices, and driving retail and service revenue.
Who we're looking for
You're either an experienced stylist ready to step into leadership and build your own column, or an established salon manager with a strong track record. What matters is that you're commercially sharp, people-focused, and take pride in the environment you create. Hair industry experience is essential.
