Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Manager to join our organisation. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and fostering a positive environment. Duties
- Assist the Manager in planning and implementing organisational strategies.
- Support staff in delivering high-quality services and maintaining standards.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, encouraging professional growth.
- Organise training sessions, workshops, or teaching activities to enhance team skills.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations across all departments.
- Handle customer enquiries or concerns with professionalism and tact.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve operational workflows.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of staff members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a relevant sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to teach or train others effectively is highly desirable.
- Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- A recognised qualification or background relevant to the organisation’s field is preferred but not essential.

Pay: £36,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
