Swarm recruitment are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside talented financial advisers & paraplanners, helping clients reach their financial goals.
To be considered for this role, you will already have experience as a Financial Services Administrator or Mortgage Administrator in a similar company.
Desired Experience:
- 2 years’ experience working in the wealth management or mortgage industry.
- Awareness of Financial Services and legislations and applications such as GDPR, AML, Vulnerable clients, Treating Customers Fairly Awareness and understanding of compliance processes and procedures
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Client liaison and support
- Booking progress review meetings
- Preparing meeting packs
- Gathering and input of data
- Anti money laundering checks
- Maintain up to date and accurate records
- Application and LOA processing
