What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for an experienced Sales Manager who can inspire and lead a team to deliver outstanding results. You’ll be adaptable, forward-thinking, and motivated by success. Key Responsibilities
- Car Advertising, Processing
- Using Autotrader Platform to monitor advert performance and leads
- Lead Conversions
- Drive performance to exceed manufacturer and internal targets
- Strategically market vehicles both online and in the showroom
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Produce accurate weekly financial forecasts and performance reports
- Work closely with senior management to execute dealership strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry
- A confident leader with the ability to inspire a sales team
- Results-oriented, with a strong track record in hitting sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy and confident using web-based systems and CRM platforms
- Knowledge of Autotrader Portal and retail processes (essential)
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Full UK driving licence is essential
