Senior Cleaner / Entry-Level Supervisor
Carbonite Clean is looking for an experienced and reliable cleaner to join our growing team.
This is a mobile role working across multiple client sites throughout London, rather than at a single fixed location. The position offers varied working hours, with work varying depending on operational requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering exceptional cleaning standards, and is looking to progress into a supervisory position.
We are seeking a candidate with excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a good understanding of cleaning products, chemicals, and cleaning techniques.
Key Responsibilities
End of tenancy cleaning
One-off carpet cleaning
Holiday cover cleaning, primarily in office environments
Supporting the management team with operational tasks
Assisting with the setup of new client sites
Carrying out quality control visits and site audits
Delivering cleaning products and supplies to sites
What We're Looking For
You must be based in West London to apply for this role
Fluent in spoken and written English
Previous professional cleaning experience
High standards and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
Good communication and organisational skills
Flexible and proactive approach to work
Full UK driving licence preferred

This is an annualised hours contract based on 1,040 hours per year, paid at £16.00 per hour. You will receive a fixed monthly salary of £1,386.67 (£16,640 per year), providing consistent income each month, although your working hours may vary from week to week in line with business requirements
