The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out complete bathroom installations to a high standard, working on residential projects from start to finish. You will be expected to work independently, problem-solve on site, and maintain a professional approach when dealing with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete bathroom rip-outs and full bathroom installations
- Install baths, showers, toilets, basins, vanity units, and bathroom furniture
- Carry out wall and floor preparation works
- Install wet wall panels and/or tile-ready surfaces
- Basic plumbing and pipework modifications
- First and second fix plumbing
- Fit shower enclosures and screens
- Silicone finishing and snagging
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Report any issues or additional works required to management
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bathroom Fitter
- Strong plumbing knowledge and installation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Good problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to deliver high-quality workmanship consistently
Desirable Skills
- Tiling experience
- Wet wall installation experience
- Joinery skills
- Plasterboarding and bathroom preparation works
- Experience working in occupied residential properties
