We're looking for individuals who can work during the week with alternative weekends, but we understand that life happens. Tell us your availability, and we'll do our best to create a schedule that works for you, offering as many shifts as you desire. This isn't a care home environment; you'll be travelling to clients' homes, bringing your unique blend of care and compassion directly to their doorstep.
A Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this fulfilling role.

Exceptional Pay Rates That Reflect Your Value:
- Weekdays before 7pm: £14.20 per hour
- Weekdays after 7pm: £15.29 per hour
- Weekends: £17.35 per hour
- Mileage is paid at a competitive 45p per mile
What You'll Be Doing – Making a Real Difference:
- Assisting clients with their personal care needs, such as bathing, washing, and dressing, always with the utmost respect and dignity.
- Preparing delicious snacks, light meals, and refreshing drinks to ensure their comfort and well-being.
- Providing mobility support, including moving and handling clients safely and efficiently, utilising appropriate equipment (full training provided).
- Administering medication responsibly and accurately (full training provided).
- Escorting clients to doctor or hospital appointments and on occasional, enjoyable outings.
- Thoughtfully shopping for clients, ensuring their pantry is stocked with their favourite items.
- Assisting with light household duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
- Offering invaluable physical and emotional support, treating each client as a unique individual and fostering a sense of respect and dignity.
What We're Looking For – Your Essential Qualities:
- A valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own reliable car (Required).
- A reliable and trustworthy nature – our clients depend on you.
- Previous care experience is a plus especially if you have experience with assessments and reviews, but your compassionate heart and willingness to learn are what truly matter.
- Excellent communication skills and a good level of spoken English to build strong relationships.
- A professional yet warm and friendly attitude that brightens every room you enter.
