Are you passionate about helping others and making a real impact? We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team across Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock, Royston.
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be drivers with access to their own vehicle.
Working Pattern
We operate on a set 4 days on / 3 days off rota, and all applicants must be able to commit to this structure.
Your working pattern will be:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Shifts are:
- Morning: 07:00 – 14:00
- Evening: 16:00 – 22:00
- Part-time roles: Combination of morning or evening shifts across your working days
- Full-time roles: You will be required to work both morning and evening shifts within the same day (split shifts)

What Will You Be Doing?
You will support clients to remain independent in their own homes, including:
- Light cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Meal preparation and medication support
- Personal care (washing, bathing, dressing)
- Attending appointments and social activities
- Supporting access to the community
