We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking person to join our team at a busy Italian café and bar located in the heart of Leadenhall Market.
Service Charge/ Tips:
Ranging between £1.50 - £5 per hour, on top of hourly rate! Paid weekly!
Hours:
* Monday to Friday - closed bank holidays & 2 weeks off at Christmas
Duties include:
* Helping set up the café each morning
* Making coffees and other hot drinks
* Taking customer orders and serving food and drinks to tables
* Learning how to prepare our Italian filled focaccia sandwiches
* Making salads and assisting with food preparation
* Operating the till and processing customer payments
* Assisting with washing up and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day
* Working as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
What we’re looking for:
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Friendly and confident with customers
* Reliable, punctual and well-presented
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided
