Lindly House is a small, friendly residential care home in Trentham, providing high-quality, person-centred care for up to 10 elderly residents. Our size allows us to build meaningful relationships with the people we support, creating a warm, family-like environment for both residents and staff.
We are looking for a caring and reliable Part-Time Care Assistant to join our dedicated team, working 3 shifts per week, including weekends and sleep-ins on a rota basis.
Shift times:
- Early: 7:30am – 2:30pm
- Late: 2:30pm – 9:30pm
- Over night Sleep-ins
The ideal candidate will:
- Be naturally caring, compassionate and respectful.
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive team while also feeling confident working independently when required.
- Be committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Whether you have previous care experience or are new to the sector, we provide full training and ongoing support, giving you the skills and confidence to succeed.
