We are seeking a committed, adaptable and highly motivated teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school community in South West London. This unique role offers the opportunity to work across multiple year groups throughout the week, providing consistency, high-quality teaching and continuity of learning for pupils across the school.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, covering planned teacher release time and supporting pupils across Reception, Year 1, Year 2 and Year 5. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner who enjoys variety and thrives in different classroom environments.

Key Requirements
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching across multiple primary year groups, including EYFS and Key Stage 1.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and National Curriculum.
- Ability to quickly establish positive learning environments and maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Experience planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Strong understanding of assessment and the ability to adapt teaching to support pupil progress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and promoting pupil wellbeing.
- Ability to be flexible, organised and responsive to the differing needs of year groups across the primary phase.
- Commitment to remaining in post for the full academic year.
Desirable:
- Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Experience working within diverse school communities.
- Knowledge of phonics programmes and early reading development.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
- Experience delivering foundation subjects across the primary curriculum.
