Benefits of being a Children's Sports Coach

Responsibilities of the Children's Football Coach / Tutor
-Must be able to drive as will be picking up and dropping equipment at classes from our lock up in Southfields to Wimbledon Park (3 minute drive)
-Coaching football classes for children aged 18 months to 8 years old as per the Little Kickers programme (Full resources and equipment provided).
-Communication with children, parents/carers before, during and after sessions. Some session administration required also.
Physically running the coaching - must be fit for the role.
Travelling to your venue.
-Requirements to be a Children's Football Coach/Tutor
-Candidates must be 17 years of age or over and able to drive.
-Confident, Out-going, great with children, 100% reliable.
-Excellent verbal communication skills are vital.
-FA Level 1 coaching qualification/ First Aid & Child protection modules - would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
-Previous experience working with young children would be an advantage but not essential.
We are also interested in speaking with people that have a background as a sports coach, Teaching Assistant, Early years tutor.
