Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring driven, high-performing recruitment professionals who want more than a basic job. You must have:
- 1–2+ years proven recruitment experience (education or B2C telesales preferred)
- A results-focused mindset and a strong track record of exceeding KPIs
- Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for helping others achieve something life-changing
- Resilience, confidence, and hunger to succeed in a high-performance environment

What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging warm leads — students who have already expressed interest
- Advising candidates on university options, eligibility, and Student Finance
- Managing your pipeline from first conversation through to successful enrolment
- Supporting students through applications, interviews, and documentation
- Consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets aligned to generous bonus structures.
