Skills
- Strong phone etiquette to handle customer calls effectively.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is advantageous (bilingual or multilingual).
- Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock management.
