Overview
We are seeking a friendly and versatile Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various operational tasks within our busy café environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or baked goods as required.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in all aspects of food handling and preparation.
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders accurately and handling payments using the POS system.
- Keep the café clean and organised, including clearing tables, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies throughout shifts.
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with various operational duties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Skills
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards to ensure hygienic practices are maintained.
- Experience in serving customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Basic food preparation skills to assist with light kitchen tasks.
- Good time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Ability to perform basic maths accurately for cash handling and order processing.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
