Full-Time Pilates Teacher – London (Two Studio Base)
Employed Role | 5 Days Per Week
Tribe Yoga is seeking a full-time Pilates teacher to work across our two London studios. This is a structured employed position for an instructor who wants stability, development and to be part of a committed teaching community.
Community sits at the centre of Tribe — both the experience in the room and the standards behind it. We are building long-term teaching teams, not a rotating freelance roster.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
The Role
- Full-time employed position
- 5 days per week across two London studios
- 40-hour working week (including breaks)
- Approximately 15 classes taught per week
- Remaining hours dedicated to studio contribution, programming alignment, team integration and development

Teaching Focus
Primary discipline:
- Mat Pilates and/or Reformer Pilates
Advantageous (not essential):
- Yoga (flow, power or yin)
We value multi-disciplinary teachers and actively support expansion across formats. Where appropriate, we will invest in additional training to support you becoming a cross-disciplinary instructor.
Experience Level
This role may suit a teacher at an early stage in their career, provided you are already confidently teaching in a professional studio environment.
You should:
- Hold a recognised Pilates qualification
- Be currently teaching paid studio classes
- Be comfortable managing full rooms
- Demonstrate strong presence, clarity and professionalism
