Are you a dedicated, caring and motivational team player with experience in a senior Nurse or management role leading teams within care homes? Experts2care are delighted to be working in close partnership with this care provider to recruit a Nurse qualified Clinical Lead for their elderly Nursing Home on the outskirts of Hereford. The company are an expanding, friendly group providing Nursing and Residential facilities for adults and the elderly and have other homes in the area. This home specialises in residential and nursing care, whilst offering the highest levels of quality support for all forms of dementia and Alzheimers.

What you'll do: As a Clinical Lead you will draw upon your extensive expertise and understanding, supporting of all aspects of running the home, providing a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors and supporting the home manager in the implementation of policies, procedures and business objectives.
What you'll bring: Nursing qualification - ideally RGN. Current NMC PIN. Eligibility to work in UK. Experience in a Nursing Home environment. Excellent clinical skills and experience.
