We are now looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail‑focused individual to join our team in a hands‑on role with a primary focus on cleaning and preparing caravans and motorhomes, along with wider site support duties.
The Role
This is primarily a caravan and motorhome cleaning role, covering both interior and exterior preparation of stock to a very high standard. The role may also include additional responsibilities across site cleaning & presentation and vehicle logistics and movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal cleaning and preparation of caravans and motorhomes to a high standard
- External washing, detailing and presentation of vehicles
- Preparing incoming stock and vehicles for handover to customers
- Moving caravans and motorhomes around site
- Assisting with maintaining tidy, well‑presented forecourt displays
- Supporting general site cleaning
- Collection and delivery of caravans and motorhomes
About You
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors and wants to be part of a friendly, supportive team.
Essential Requirements
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual outdoor work
- Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident towing caravans and driving motorhomes would be desirable
- Positive, reliable and hardworking attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
This role would particularly suit a caravan or motorhome owner, or someone with a strong interest or enthusiasm for caravanning and motorhomes who takes pride in their work and loves making things look as clean as possible.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience in valeting, detailing or cleaning roles
- Caravan or motorhome ownership / enthusiasm
Working Hours
This is a 5‑day working week.
Saturday working may form part of the working week; however, this is not essential. Our existing team member is also happy to work Saturdays, so the intention is to share Saturday working on a rota basis where possible.
Seasonal Hours
- January and February – 09:00 to 17:00
- March to September – 09:00 to 17:30
- October – 09:00 to 17:00
- November and December – 09:00 to 16:00
Salary
- Starting wage: £8.00 - £12.71 per hour depending on age and National Minimum Wage entitlement.
