Estate Services Support Officer (£25,776.89)

Join our team as an Estate Services Support Officer and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality estate services across our communities.
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to provide administrative support to our Estates team, based at our Stanley Bridge Farm depot in Chippenham, you will help ensure the smooth running of estate operations by supporting managers, employees, clients, and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include handling telephone and email enquiries, maintaining records and filing systems, drafting correspondence, assisting with customer complaints, and providing financial administration support. You will also be responsible for raising purchase orders, processing invoices, monitoring trade accounts, and ensuring job completion records are accurately maintained.

What We`re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines
Even better if you have
- Experience working within housing, property, or estate services
- Knowledge of housing management systems, ideally MRI
- Experience using Excel or Power BI to produce reports and analyse data
