- Manage all aspects of service, including our popular carvery offering, bar operations, and seasonal menus focused on fresh local produce.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with regular guests and the local community.
- Organise staff rotas, delegate responsibilities effectively, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor stock levels, supplier relationships, and merchandising to maximise quality and profitability.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a strong and reliable team culture.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and general administration to support business growth and operational success.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations.

- Experience managing busy food-led operations, particularly carvery or fresh food environments, is highly desirable.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and maximise profitability while maintaining quality.
- Strong understanding of stock control, rotas, budgeting, and day-to-day pub operations.
