Full time (employed) and Part Time (self-employed) Physiotherapist required in friendly, modern multi-disciplinary therapy clinic in the heart of the capital, Douglas, Isle of Man. We are looking for the right personality to fit in with The RehabLab ethos: which is to provide a first-class service in the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal pain and injury as well as rehabilitation and movement health for all; irrespective of age or ability.
Essential criteria include:
*HPC and CSP registered or equivalent
*BSc Physiotherapy degree or equivalent diploma qualified
*Disclosure Barring Service certificate
*Excellent communication skills
*Enthusiastic for continued development and self-progression
*Be able to work some flexible hours (occasionally split days and weekends)
*Have the drive to develop and create more of their own caseload
*Manual Therapy
*Acupuncture
*Sports Massage
*UK experience
*The ability to take on a busy work load quickly
Desirable, but not essential, criteria include 1 or more of the following:
*Pilates
*Kinetic Control method experience
*Sports injuries and team pitch side management experience
*Have an interest in building a mixed clinical caseload outside of MSK
*Have an interest in ‘business and service development’
The job role can be tailored, somewhat, to the clinical strengths and interests of the applicant due to widely diverse clinical caseload, outside of MSK.
Work will be clinic based and include community, home or office visits.
Other services currently include neurological physiotherapy and rehabilitation, elderly rehab and falls, Pilates, paediatric MSK and DCD rehabilitation.
