We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Shift Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating equipment and maintaining safety standards during their shift. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth workflow during assigned shift
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any faults or irregularities
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, following health and safety protocols
- Support warehouse like activities including loading, unloading
- Follow detailed work instructions to meet production targets and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to optimise operational efficiency and safety
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including nights
- Basic physical fitness to handle manual tasks and stand for extended periods
