About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at Fradley Park on the Night Shift on a Maternity Cover Contract for 9-12 months.
Full-Time Working
5 days a week - 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday - 14:00pm - 22:30pm - 30 minute unpaid break
£14.15 per hour
Our Hiring Process
You will be directly messaged if successful then asked to attend an interview to meet the Warehouse Manager (in person) and will need to complete our LCB application form.
Interview will be around 45 mins and include a tour of the site/warehouse.
Please note, as part of our hiring process, and because we are a HMRC controlled warehouse, any offer of employment will be conditional upon successful completion of a DBS check.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Handling of all in-bound and outgoing goods and materials of the warehouse
- Accurate picking and packing and wrapping pallets of stock to meet deadlines
- Organising the stock and proper storage of goods and materials
- Loading and unloading of vehicles
- Labelling bottles and cases
- Receiving goods inwards, checking product lines and quantities
- Ability to take instruction and completing all tasks delegated from a Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager
- Working to our health and safety standards with maintaining tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse
About you
To be a successful Warehouse Operative you will be:
- Flexible in working to a shift pattern and demonstrate relevant experience.
- This is a physical role so you will not work solely on MHE, so must be physically fit, potentially walking / standing for a duration of a shift.
- You must be able to follow our safe Manual Handling policy which includes lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
- A good team player and able to follow all the LCB processes and those set by HMRC.
- Must not be afraid of heights; must be capable of working at elevated levels.
- Accuracy is paramount to ensure we meet customers' high expectations and conform to both ISO9001 and HMRC criteria.
- Comply with all the companies H&S Policies, quality, and safe working procedures.
- Monitor and prevent damage to products and MHE equipment.
- With the training we provide you will be able to drive all the MHE to fulfil the role described above.

About the shift pattern:
- Mid Shift - Mon to Fri - 14:00pm - 22:30pm - £14.15ph
- MHE Training will be offered by an in-house Trainer.
