Your Role
As a Secondary Teacher, you will:
- Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in line with the secondary curriculum
- Use effective and age-appropriate behaviour management strategies
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
- Uphold each school’s ethos and actively promote inclusion
- Short-term roles: Deliver pre-planned lessons provided by the school
- Long-term roles: May include planning, marking, and assessment

What You’ll Need
- The right to work in the UK
- Qualified Teacher Status (UK QTS or equivalent) and a relevant degree
- Experience teaching at secondary level (KS3 and/or KS4, KS5 desirable)
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Willingness to complete all required compliance in line with KCSIE guidance
