Staffline Recruitment Ireland are partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit for a Freight Forwarding Logistics Coordinator to join the Belfast team on an initial maternity cover basis, with the potential for the role to continue beyond the initial contract.
Key Responsibilities

Managing import and export freight forwarding operations

Coordinating EU and international container shipments

Supporting air freight movements

Arranging local transport for container deliveries and collections across Northern Ireland

Liaising with clients, shipping lines, and transport providers

Handling documentation and ensuring compliance with processes

Working across online systems and freight portals
About You
-
Previous experience in freight forwarding / logistics/ transport operations is essential

Strong understanding of container shipping and global freight movements

Comfortable using computer systems and online platforms

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and small team
Additional Requirements

You must have full, unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom
