We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a flair for creating stylish and personalised looks. Duties
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, blow-drying, and styling to meet client preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining the cleanliness of the salon environment.
- Upsell products and additional services to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
- Mentor junior team members and assist with store management tasks when required.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling and beauty treatments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Skills in store management, mentoring, and upselling are desirable.
- Additional expertise in eyelash extensions and makeup application is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- A recognised qualification in hairdressing or barbering from an accredited institution.

Pay: £24,420.00-£51,950.37 per year
