Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner and housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including homes and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests courteously.
- Assist with additional tasks as required.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
