As part of the company's continued growth plan, the business is now recruiting a Administrative Assistant to help it achieve its future ambitions.
This new role would be ideal for an individual who is looking to work within our expanding team and would suit someone who is able to work on their own initiative, as well as supporting our busy team.
Responsibilities
- Raising and managing purchase orders for job specific items
- Obtain exporting quotations and preparing commercial invoices for review prior to issue
- Uploading completion notes and job documentation
- Maintain accurate filing systems and documentation
- Manage and organise the orders inbox
- Inbound call handling and directing enquiries professionally
- Printing and preparing new job files
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
- Ordering office stationery and supplies
- Ordering Friday breakfast
Ideal Applicant
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with good phone etiquette and professional demeanour
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and outlook

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge / experience of using monday.com & HubSpot would be an advantage
