Full-Time/Part-Time Barista
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and energetic Full-Time Barista to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional coffee and customer experiences every single day.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume café environment
- Strong latte art skills (must-have)
- Excellent coffee knowledge and passion for quality
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Fully flexible with availability, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to perform under pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks to a consistently high standard
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly approach
- Maintaining speed, quality, and attention to detail during busy service periods
- Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
