Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Fryer/Server to join our dynamic team flexible through the week and weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items to high standards, ensuring excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items following established recipes and safety guidelines
- Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and serving areas
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with general kitchen duties during service periods
- Ensure all food is presented attractively and served promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking and customer service
- Prior experience in cooking, meal preparation, or serving roles is advantageous but not mandatory
