We’re now looking for compassionate and dedicated Day Care Assistants to join our friendly team and help us continue delivering exceptional care.
About the Role
As a Day Care Assistant, you’ll support residents with their daily routines, ensuring their comfort, dignity and wellbeing at all times. You’ll work as part of a close-knit team to provide personal care, companionship and emotional support in a professional, caring manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility and mealtime support
- Promote independence, dignity and choice
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues
- Keep clear and accurate care records
- Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming home environment
About You:
- Previous experience in a care or support role preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Caring, patient and reliable
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Passionate about making a difference in others’ lives
