Following a major relaunch and significant investment across products, brand and digital infrastructure, we're looking for a commercially-minded Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate the next phase of growth for a business in Hitchin.
This is a role for someone who gets excited by pipeline, revenue and commercial impact. Someone who enjoys finding opportunities, re-engaging customers, improving conversion and working closely with sales to turn marketing activity into measurable business results.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll sit at the point where marketing and sales meet.
Your focus will be on creating opportunities, nurturing demand and improving conversion across the customer journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and delivering growth campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue
- Re-engaging customers who moved away during previous supply chain challenges
- Developing targeted CRM, email and digital campaigns using customer insight and segmentation
- Working closely with sales to improve lead quality, lead management and conversion rates
- Building audience profiles, identifying buying triggers and uncovering new growth opportunities
- Improving reporting, attribution and performance measurement
- Supporting channel partners through joint campaigns, enablement and commercial initiatives
- Helping shape how HubSpot is developed as the business continues to mature its commercial infrastructure
What We're Looking For
You'll likely come from a B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation or commercial marketing background.
You'll bring:
- Experience owning pipeline, lead generation or revenue-focused marketing activity
- Strong CRM experience, ideally HubSpot
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in business growth
- Confidence analysing performance data and turning insight into action
- Experience working closely with sales teams
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
Experience within manufacturing, construction, industrial, technical or channel-led businesses would be advantageous but isn't essential.
