We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing personalised training programmes, motivating clients, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Duties
- Develop customised training programmes tailored to individual client needs and goals
- Conduct fitness assessments and monitor progress regularly
- Lead engaging and effective fitness classes or one-on-one training sessions
- Motivate clients to maintain consistency and achieve their health objectives
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and nutrition basics
- Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Keep accurate records of client sessions, progress, and programme adjustments
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and industry best practices
Skills
- Proven experience in sports coaching or personal training
- Strong teaching abilities with excellent communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels
- Organised with the ability to plan effective training sessions
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
- Certification in personal training or relevant fitness qualifications is preferred but not essential
