Lincoln Office (minimum 2 days per week – essential)
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Salary Range: £35,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + performance bonuses

Senior Pod Conveyancer – Pod Lead
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + bonuses
A strong step towards management and future leadership roles
The Role This is a senior, hands‑on role combining
complex case management with
pod leadership. You will handle the most technical files while overseeing efficiency, quality and performance across the pod.
You will be instrumental in coaching others, unblocking issues, and ensuring the pod consistently meets SLA, compliance and client service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex residential caseload including leasehold, new build, shared ownership, unregistered titles, transfers of equity and nuanced title matters
- Provide day‑to‑day oversight, mentoring and escalation support to three case handlers
- Conduct title reviews, risk assessments and quality checks
- Drive workflow efficiency, consistency and best practice
- Act as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain strong regulatory compliance (AML, due diligence, risk)
Ideal Background
- 5+ years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Confident handling high‑volume, complex caseloads independently
- Previous exposure to mentoring, supervising or stepping up into leadership
Case Handler 1 – Autonomous Conveyancer
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + bonuses
The Role This position suits a
confident conveyancer capable of running a full caseload independently, focusing on
less complex but high‑volume transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Full end‑to‑end management of own caseload
- Handling freehold, leasehold and remortgage matters
- Direct client communication and file progression
- Adherence to pod workflows and SLA expectations
