Contract Labour Solutions have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Admin Support to work with our client who is an established construction company who specialises in structural steel, with work taking place in the Wombwell area (S73).
Pay: £12.721ph
Role: Candidates will be completing the following tasks.
- Compile and maintain QA documentation
- Update and consolidate production status information
- Provide administrative support across multiple sites
- Support other departments as required
- File, scan, and organise documentation
- Scan and link material certificates
- Distribute material certificates to the QA team
- Create work orders in StruMis
- Record delivery receipts in StruMis
- Compile and issue material traceability reports
- Prepare and issue welding documentation to the QA team
Requirements: Candidates will need to show the following.
- Strong IT and communication skills
- Previous experience in administrative roles and/or document control
- GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Able to work accurately and in a methodical manner
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Capable of prioritising workload to meet departmental deadlines
- Strong numeracy and computer literacy skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience within structural steel would be advantageous
